App purchases & subscriptions
Purchases of the LEADNAV GPS app and in-app subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. LEADNAV Systems LLC does not directly collect or store your payment card information for app purchases. Refunds and cancellations must be managed through Apple.
Hardware purchases
When ordering through our Shopify store, we collect your name, address, email, and shipping details to fulfill your order.
Group Tracking services
If you enable real-time Group Tracking within the app, your location data is transmitted and temporarily stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in order to provide sharing with the contacts you select.
- Location data is only shared with individuals or groups you explicitly authorize.
- LEADNAV Systems LLC does not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose your location data.
- While LEADNAV has technical access to the servers, we do not actively monitor or use your location history.
- AWS operates under strict security and compliance frameworks.
GPS files generated in the app
Any maps, tracks, routes, or GPS files you create or import in the LEADNAV GPS app remain your property. These files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them. LEADNAV does not collect, sell, or use your files.
LN-Iridium satellite services
If you subscribe to LN-Iridium services, we collect billing information to manage your subscription.
Website use
When visiting our websites, we may collect technical information such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and usage statistics through cookies or analytics.
Support requests
When you email or contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, account info, or device model) to resolve your issue.
