  1. If this is a technical question about our software, application or hardware please first see our online training. Be sure to watch our free LEADNAV GPS Lvl 1 and other videos prior to contacting us.

  2. If this does not answer your question, then please go visit our Community Forum and do a quick search for the answer there. We guarantee it has been asked before! If not, then you can ask your question there for the fastest response and so others may learn as well.

    If it is hardware related see our online hardware store for complete packages for our currently recommended devices. Unfortunately hardware has been very limited the past few years, but we are working on coming up with new equipment options down the road.

First, be sure to visit our pricing and available options page as well as our online store so that you have a rough idea of what is available prior to reaching out to us.

Please fill out the contact form below and add as much information as possible on the group/organization, scale of the operation and/or training requested. If this is for a mobility package please provide the number of vehicles as well as make and models.

if this is a unique request or you still just really need to talk with someone, use the Contact request above with a detailed description of what you need and/or if it is a technical issue, provide us with a step by step on causing the issue. Screen recordings help greatly! If we can’t reproduce it…we can’t fix it.

I run the entirety of LEADNAV by myself, so my time is very limited. However, I guarantee…that your unique question, has been already answered a hundred times since 2014 and I can probably point you to that answer online versus trying to explain it over the phone but if not I am glad to schedule a one on one call!

With that detailed information, I can prep and typically reach back to you within 48 hours.
